With the participation of China Titanium Dioxide Industry Association, it was formally launched in April 2016 and successively Dongjia, Henan Bu Lilian, Zhenjiang Titanium and other enterprise exchange research, today in Nanjing titanium research. Dr. Wang Weijing, of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, led the team to communicate with titanium dioxide production companies and made a detailed understanding of the “titanium gypsumâ€'s components and processes. It is reported that at the conclusion of the project, the expert investigation team will write a technical manual for the "Titanium Dioxide Industry Wastewater Treatment Sludge Pollution Control Technology Manual" to form a corresponding environmental protection technical specification; on this basis, consultation with the relevant state departments to formulate solid waste "titanium gypsum" Standards and hazardous waste “dilute acid†standards; the industrialized technology of comprehensive utilization of titanium gypsum collected during the investigation process will be written into the technical manual after the feasibility study of the expert group is approved and will be promoted in the whole industry; in addition, the research team has passed numerous visits. And professional test optimization, according to the needs of enterprises can provide titanium gypsum processing and utilization of optimized programs. The completion of the project will make scientific conclusions on the "solid waste" titanium gypsum and "dangerous waste" dilute acid produced in China's titanium dioxide production, which will play a guiding role in the comprehensive utilization of the recycling economy.
