According to the notice, Hebei will adjust the current urban bus refined oil price subsidy policy, and the subsidy funds will be declining year by year. The fee-for-tax portion of the current urban bus refined oil subsidy will not be adjusted based on the actual number of implementations in each district/city (including Xinji and Dingzhou) in 2013; the price increase subsidy will be based on the actual number of executions in 2013. In addition, in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of buying and using new energy buses, Hebei will regard the province's new energy promotion target as a whole, and purchase and put on the license from January 1, 2015.
