Electromagnetic flowmeter installation site requirements

Electromagnetic flowmeter is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, food, pharmaceutical, paper and other industries as well as environmental protection, municipal management, water conservancy construction and other fields. The main components of the sensor are: measuring tube, electrode, excitation coil, iron core and yoke shell. The product is mainly used to measure the volume flow in the conductive liquid and slurry in the closed pipeline, including acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive liquids.

Electromagnetic flowmeter installation site requirements:

1) When measuring a mixed-phase fluid, choose a location that does not cause phase separation. Avoid placing the mixture in a well that has not yet been homogenized while measuring the two-component liquid. When measuring the chemical reaction pipe, place the reaction well downstream of the well-

2) try to avoid measuring tube into negative pressure;

3) Select the place of small vibration, especially for one type of instrument;

4) Avoid near a large motor, a large transformer, so as to avoid electromagnetic interference;

5) easy to achieve a separate sensor grounding place;

6) as far as possible to avoid the surrounding environment has a high concentration of corrosive gases;

7) The ambient temperature is in the range of -25 / -10 ~ 50/600 ℃, the temperature of the integrated structure is also subject to the electronic components, the range should be narrower;

8) relative humidity in the range of 10% to 90%;

9) try to avoid direct sunshine;

10) to avoid rain soaked, will not be submerged.
