Taiwan's imports of US fasteners increased by more than 300,000 tons from January to July

According to a report from Foreign Trade Department, from January to July this year, Taiwan fasteners exported to the United States reached 305,200 tons, a slight increase of 5% compared with 289,700 tons last year. Although there was a slight increase in exports, the share of fasteners exported to the United States decreased. From January to July last year, it accounted for 40% of the total, but this year it has reached 36%.

In this regard, some market participants said that in July 2011, Taiwan's overall export growth of fasteners is more obvious. Under this premise, if the fasteners exported to the United States also grow, it can be said that the market for Taiwan's fastener exports has been better dispersed.
