The foundation stone of the second phase of the Montevideo PVA project

Drying equipment

June 18th, Inner Mongolia Mengwei Technology Co., Ltd. Annually produced 100,000 tons of PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) and downstream extended series of chemical recycling economy projects, and laid a foundation laying ceremony in the Hangning Dala Industrial Park, Chayouhou Banner, Wulanchabu City It marks a key step for Inner Mongolia to build China's largest PVA production base and a new type of coal chemical recycling economy demonstration zone.

According to reports, Mengwei Company was jointly invested and established by Anhui Haowei High-tech Materials Co., Ltd. and Inner Mongolia Baiyanhu Chemical Co., Ltd. in January 2010. Weiwei Company invested in proprietary technology in cash and PVA production, which accounted for 80% of the shares; Baiyanhu Company invested in two physical assets of 3 million kV safety-enclosed calcium carbide furnaces, which accounted for 20% of the shares. The two sides will jointly invest 1.5 billion yuan to build an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of VAC (vinyl acetate) and 100,000 tons of PVA projects. This project is also the largest one-time investment in domestic PVA projects. In August 2012, the first-phase project with an annual output of 100,000 tons of PVA project was fully completed and put into production, becoming the single largest production capacity of PVA production equipment in China, with an annual sales income of 1.6 billion yuan and a profit tax of 390 million yuan.

It is reported that during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, Mengwei Company will continue to build projects with an annual output of 30,000 tons of PVB (polyvinyl butyral resin) and an annual output of 100,000 tons of methyl acetate deep processing, striving to achieve At the end of five years, the fixed assets reached over 7 billion yuan, and the annual output value was about 11 billion yuan. It solved 3,600 local employees and contributed to the restructuring and upgrading of coal chemical industry in Inner Mongolia.

ABS Resin

Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) is a thermoplastic polymer material with high strength, good toughness and easy processing. ABS is a general thermoplastic engineering plastic developed in the 1940s. Generally speaking, automobiles, appliances and electronic appliances are the three major application fields of ABS resin. ABS resin can be injection molded, extruded or thermoformed.Electronic Grade Application For Automotive Parts Office Applications Toys Parts Pellet Plastic Chimei Pa 757k Abs1
