I. Technical conditions for mining ore mining

Second, mining method structure and mining cutting
The length of the nugget is 50m along the strike, and the length along the trend is about 60m. The ore blocks are divided into 6 to 7 mining houses along the strike, each of which is 7.5 m wide and has a continuous pillar of 0.5 to 1.0 m between the mines. A recovery tunnel is arranged in the center of each mine, and each road is connected by a communication channel at the lower part of the mine. When the time is taken, the mine slips and the contact roads are drilled from the stage transportation alleys to the mines. In the contact road, each funnel is started by the mine mouth, and the recovery tunnel is driven from the bottom to the center of each mine. The mining entrance is 2.2m wide and 1.8m high. Because the ore body thickness is 0.91m, it needs to be under-mixed to 1.8m. At the upper end of the mining approach, the cutting tunnel is driven along the ore body as a free surface and ventilation safety exit. Third, mining work
(1) Falling mine
The mining sequence of each mine in the ore block is to advance from one side to the other along the strike. The mining sequence in the mine is from the top of the approach along the inclined back. During the recovery, the approach is made to the sides, the angle between the blasthole and the access axis is 42°, the depth of the eye is 3m, the row spacing is 1m, and the eye distance is 0.5m. It is required that the depth of the same row of blastholes, the amount of charge, and the number of segments of the detonating tube are the same. The corresponding rows of the two sides of the approach should also have the same number of detonating tubes. It is required that the ore on both sides of the detonation be thrown and collided and accumulate in the approach. Three rows of blastholes are simultaneously detonated on both sides of the approach, and the rear row is extended for 30 to 50 ms than the front row, so that the front row makes room for the rear row.
(2) Mining
The first is to transfer most of the ore to the recovery tunnel by means of throwing blasting. The ore that has not been thrown into the way is manually cleaned into the way, and then the ore is transported to the hopper in the way. . Before each blasting, the ore in the approach must be cleaned to provide a stack of space for the ore to be blasted.
(three) roof management
The mines have two continuous pillars that support the roof and also separate the mines to prevent the mine from being thrown into the adjacent mines or falling into the mined areas. When the roof is stable, no other support measures are taken. If the stability of the top plate is poor, the anchor rod is installed in the approach, the length of the bolt is 1.6 to 1.8 m, and the installation net degree is generally 1.5 m×1.5 m. Because the mining body is a gently inclined thin ore body, the space of the goaf is not large, and there are pillars and bolts, which are not easy to collapse at the same time. Therefore, the goaf can be naturally used or allowed to fall. Exist, no other empty area processing measures are taken.

V. Evaluation
(1) Compared with the original mixed mining room method, the mining method has the following advantages:
1. The use of sorting and recovery has significantly reduced the depletion rate of ore, from the original 43% to 20.2%, a decrease of 22.8%.
2. Workers working in the road are safer.
(b) The shortcomings of the law are:
1. The room pillar has a large amount of ore and cannot be recycled.
2. The throwing blast failed to throw all the ore into the approach, and the ore on both sides of the residual approach needs to be manually cleaned.
The applicable conditions of the mining method are: gently inclined thin ore body and extremely thin ore body, the thickness of the ore body is 0.5-1.1 m; the roof is moderately stable; the boundary of the ore is obvious.
