Safe operating guidelines for rotary kiln

The medium temperature (950 °C ~ 1050 °C) calcined ultra-fine kaolin in the kiln rotary kiln is mature and domestically advanced, representing the development direction of ultra-fine kaolin calcination technology. This calcination technology has low energy consumption and high output. It is dehydrated, decarburized and whitened, and has stable performance. It can be used in industrial fields such as papermaking and coatings.
The safe operation of the rotary kiln is very important and is related to the safety of the operators. Therefore, we must pay attention to the following. The following describes the safe operation methods of the ceramsite rotary kiln, which are mainly divided into the following three major points:
The first ceramsite sand rotary kiln needs to pay attention to the start: after the preparation is ready, notify the fan room to operate and the oil pump room to supply oil, and start the air blower for ignition. Use a cloth immersed in oil to ignite the oil nozzle. By adjusting the throttle and damper, the ignition temperature is rapidly increased, and the ignition temperature can be raised to 1150 to 200 degrees after 10 to 5 minutes. At this time, the finished product section can sequentially start the belt conveyor, the jaw crusher , the vibrating screen, the bucket elevator, the mechanical vibrating conveyor and the single-roll multi-hammer crusher . After the operation is normal, the ball-forming section is notified to convey the raw material ball. As the raw material ball is gradually filled with the sintering trolley, the ceramsite sand rotary kiln is started, and the traveling speed of the trolley, the ignition temperature and the valves of the suction boxes are adjusted.
The second observation of the quality of the calcination can be determined by observing the ceramsite roasting of the surface of the trolley 1 m from the igniter. If there is no fire on the surface, the ceramsite is light grayish yellow and slightly bonded, and there is some gap between the material layer and the side panel of the trolley, which can be regarded as normal baking. If the surface is still hot, it means that the resistance of the material layer is large, or the amount of clay contained in the material ball is insufficient, and the burning layer cannot be pushed down normally. If the surface ceramsite is orange-red, it indicates that the clay is too much. The surface ceramsite is iron- gray, indicating that the carbon content is too high and the ceramsite is formed into a large block. In the above situation, the operator should promptly notify the batching section and the forming section, and adjust the ignition temperature, the speed of the trolley and the opening degree of each suction box to overcome the abnormal situation as soon as possible.
The third operator should always observe the lubrication of the trolley and the suction box sealing slide, and replace the furnace raft and the side plate that the trolley burns or drops. To ensure the normal operation of the ceramsite sand rotary kiln. When the raw material ball is too large, the ignition temperature should be increased, and the speed of the vehicle should be slowed down to fully sinter the ball. When the carbon content is too high, the ignition temperature should be lowered; conversely, the ignition temperature should be raised to 1300 degrees and the vehicle speed should be slowed down. When the raw material ball has a high moisture content, or a "shell" ball appears, the speed should be increased to reduce the burst. It is found that the resistance of the material layer is large, and when the burning layer is not easy to push downward, the bellows valve should be opened to increase the negative pressure and the suction air volume.

Fused Deposition Modeling

Fused deposition modeling falls under the wider Material Extrusion umbrella. Like Selective Laser Sintering, FDM uses thermoplastics to print parts. The difference between these two however is that FDM uses filaments, whereas SLS uses powders. Stereolithography differs from both as it uses thermosets, called resins.

Material type: Solid

Materials:Thermoplastics such as ABS, Polycarbonate, and Polyphenylsulfone; Elastomers

Past size: it can be from small to big size, but not suggest too small size part or it won't have the obvious feature.

Applications:Form/fit testing, Functional testing, Rapid tooling patterns, Small detailed parts, Presentation models, Patient and food applications, High heat applications.

We have enough capacity for the 3D Printing to support you have a rapid prototype printed and functional check. We can also support small or big volume demand printed with lower cost but high quality products. Please contact us or search our website to find more.
