Flow control valve works:
The digital display flow control valve is composed of an automatic valve core, a manual valve core and a display part. The display part consists of the flow valve movement, the sensor transmitter, and the electronic calculator display.
Its work is complicated. The measured water flows through the valve, and the water impinges on the impeller in the flow movement. The rotation of the impeller and the sensing of the sensor cause the sensor to send an electrical signal proportional to the flow rate. The flow signal is sent to the electronic calculator through the wire and goes through the calculator. After the calculation and microprocessor processing, the flow value is displayed.
Manual spool is used to adjust the flow rate, according to the displayed value to set the desired flow value. The automatic valve core is used to maintain the constant flow, that is, when the pipe network pressure changes, the automatic valve core will automatically open the fire and close the small valve port to maintain the set flow value. 
1. Preparation: Clean the working surface and seals, and check if the seals are damaged or deformed.
2. Apply lubricant: Apply a layer of lubricant to the seal and sealing groove.
3. Install the seal: Place the seal into the sealing groove, ensuring that the seal is fully embedded in the groove.
4. Install O-ring: Install the O-ring above the seal, ensuring that the O-ring is fully inserted into the groove.
5. Install the piston rod: Insert the piston rod into the seal and O-ring, ensuring that the piston rod fits tightly with the seal and O-ring.
6. Install the sealing sleeve: Place the sealing sleeve on the piston rod to ensure that it fits tightly with the piston rod.
7. Tighten the nut: Use the nut to fix the sealing sleeve on the hydraulic cylinder, ensuring that the sealing sleeve is secure.
8. Check the sealing effect: Operate the hydraulic cylinder and check if there is any leakage in the sealing element. If there is any leakage, reinstall the sealing element.
