The 10-day visit was a complete success. During the visit, the delegation members considered that the production and operation of Japanese companies had the following characteristics:

Nearly half of the NSK brand's balls are produced at overseas factories, and they can also maintain the same level of quality as produced in Japan. Because of this, NSK and NTN products, which are leading, are always in sync with the most advanced technologies of the era.

Third, adjust the industrial structure, to adapt to market demand Japanese companies in the structural adjustment, change the market strategy, change blindly attack for advance and retreat. Its strategic features are: implementation of closure, stop, and transfer, optimization and combination. Expand the market for superior products and shrink the market for weak products. GM adjusts to high-volume, low-cost directions; multi-species and small-volume products adjust to the unit direction. This has won the trust of consumers around the world.

Fourth, Japanese companies pay attention to the development of manufacturing technology and technology Among the manufacturers visited by the delegation, companies are highly automated production and online automatic detection. However, on the production line, not all equipment is the most advanced, and some are equipment of the 1960s or 1970s, but they can be combined with production lines and can guarantee product quality, thanks to the general emphasis on production by Japanese companies. Technology development. Most of the companies visited by the delegation are manufacturing plants, but the technical development departments have strong development capabilities. While paying attention to the development of new products, they also focus on the development and innovation of production technologies and processes to ensure the quality of products.

After visiting and inspecting, the delegation members believed that the following production technologies could be used by domestic enterprises for reference.

Chinese enterprises should strengthen technical cooperation with Japanese companies, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, and combine the advantages of Japanese companies' technology, capital, and management with the advantages of China's market, manpower, and resources to achieve mutual benefits and common development.

In order to further promote the better development of our country's industry, the delegation members put forward the following suggestions in conjunction with the Outline of China's Industrial Tenth Five-Year Development Plan:

6. Promote the construction of specialized production systems to increase labor productivity and reduce production costs.
