Users can choose PLC control and  touch-control screen imported from Siemens or Mitsubishi
It has two working mode of point moving and semi automation.

Zinc Cut Wire Shot

Zinc Shot is a very common Metal Abrasive used on Aluminium die casting parts and Zinc die casting parts. Zinc shot has a similar density but lower hardness. It could clean the surface of some soft casting parts without any damage while steel shot can not. Compared with aluminium, it is heavier and safer when shot blasting. Benefit from these advantages, Zinc shot is widely used in metal casting industry for surface treatment.

Longlived Zinc Shot is made from high qiality zinc wire by drawing, cutting and rounding. There are five shapes of Longlived Zinc Shot and they are as cut, G1, G2, G3 and even G4. The size is from 0.25mm-3.0mm. Of course, customize is available according to your requirement.
