Common troubleshooting

Ripples when lifting

Air in A lift cylinder

B. Oil leakage in hydraulic system

C Hydraulic oil temperature is too high , hydraulic oil is too thin

G multi-way valve adjustment pressure is not proper

Braking failure

A brake circuit is open circuit

B excessive wear of friction plates in the traction electrode control device

C brake is loose or brake pad clearance is too large

Part of the electrical fault

Such as : the battery forklift suddenly did not move forward and back \ to enhance without any reflection , the forklift walks , the forward speed can not be adjusted and so on .

The control part is a very complicated circuit . Many fault phenomena caused by the control problem are not repaired for the maintenance of untrained electrical appliances . If the wiring is confusing , it will cause serious consequences. It is advisable to contact technical personnel of the electronically controlled dealer or forklift manufacturer at this time.

Some of the fault phenomena listed above are for reference only. The cause of the malfunction of the battery car during use is various, and the conditions of production of the car by various manufacturers are also different. In order to use the battery car in a good condition, it is mainly due to the daily maintenance and the failure is eliminated in the bud.
