1. Overview The 2×350MW unit of Huaneng Dandong Power Plant was contracted by the Westinghouse Company of the United States. The boiler was provided by British Babcock Company. The steam turbine and generator were provided by the American Westinghouse Company. The DCS system hardware and software adopted the WDPFII distributed control system of American Westinghouse Company. The entire system covers: DAS, CCS, SCS, BMS; DEH, UAM, By-PassECS and other functions. DCS system design, configuration, commissioning and on-site service, the two units completed the 168-hour trial run on November 23 and December 12, 1998 with an automatic input rate of 100%. At present, it has been invested in production.
II. Overall Structure and Configuration of DCS The DCS systems of the two units are each composed of 27 pairs of redundant 486DPUs, two non-redundant 486DPUs, five operator stations, one engineer, and one SUN/SPARC5 historical data station. Storage retrieval, a SUN/SPARC5 performance computing station, four Fustju3600k alarm printers, two laser printers, and one screen copy machine. 2. WEStation Station The WEStation station is the collective name for the WDPF system man-machine interface station. There are four types of WEStations at Dandong Power Plant: operator stations, engineering stations, history/recording stations, and performance computing stations. Each station uses a common basic hardware and operating system to accomplish different application tasks. The WEStation station is based on SUN workstations and is equipped with rich application software to connect with the data highway and the Ethernet information highway. It collects information from the data highway. The Ethernet information highway interconnects WE stations into an information management network. For file transfer, software download and historical data retrieval, the combined use of these two highways greatly enhances the communication capabilities that are needed for decentralized control and information management.
3. 3. Software System Upgrade With the rapid development of computer technology, the software of the WDPF system is also continuously upgraded. V. Problems and Solutions in the Debugging Process 1. The UPS power supply was de-energized. When the construction unit pulls the cable inside the DPU switchboard, it accidentally touches the iron wire on the UPS bus, grounding the UPS outlet busbar, and de-energizing the running WDPF system. Therefore, to ensure the safe operation of the WDPF system, it is recommended that the second power supply be timely implemented. Put into use.
2. The data highway must be handled with care when connecting data highways due to the carelessness of the construction unit in grounding the data highway and destroying the data highway joints until the system data highway is interrupted.
3. The installation and use of the QLI card was checked during I/O channel testing at the initial stage of debugging. Several pieces of the QU were damaged. After analyzing the reason, due to the particularity of the QLI card, once the cable connecting the QLI card output signal terminal is grounded, it will cause For the damage of the card, we took corresponding measures; we connected the insurance of the B cabinet to the output of the card.
4. The operator station started the #1 unit No.202 operator station and had several automatic shutdowns and restarts during the trial run. After the WDPF expert replaced the 32M memory bar of the station host, this phenomenon did not occur again.
5. The operating speed of the printer The operating speeds of the two operator stations connected to the alarm printers of the #1 and #2 units of our factory often slow down. The preliminary analysis is that all alarm priority alarms are printed by a printer, and the printing speed cannot keep up. The speed of the alarm, so that a large number of alarm information can not be printed out in time, thus taking up the memory of the operator station, and affecting the speed of the station.
