Support, the unit can be drilled into a single stroke of 1 meter, and can complete 10 top anchor bolts, 6 bolts and 2 top anchor cables in one operation, to realize the large-section cutting and forming of coal mine roadway under complex geological conditions. The mechanized support of the section is designed to have a tunneling speed of 1,500 m/month, which is more than three times faster than the traditional cantilever tunneling machine. The whole machine adopts a retractable ultra-wide cutting device, completes the full-section cutting with one-button start, precisely controls the middle line of the roadway through the digital guiding system, and designs the anchor drilling rig according to the requirements of the roadway support to optimize the matching large section. The tunneling speed and the anchoring operation are synchronized. Finally, the large-span material transfer system is used to complete the continuous transportation of cutting and blanking, and the synchronous construction of roadway excavation, support and transportation is completed simultaneously.
