Therefore, at the beginning of the venture, Cheng Kuansheng put his eyes on the small-scale agricultural machinery products on demand. After investigation, he believed that Jiangjin vigorously developed characteristic agriculture in recent years. The hilly and hilly terrain made the small-scale and light-weight agricultural machinery and equipment have a certain market space, and the government has successively introduced a series of entrepreneurial support policies. Cheng Kuansheng is determined to build a personalized agricultural machinery factory in Wutan Town. After a series of preparations, in September 2013, Longxiao Machinery Manufacturing Factory was formally established in Wutan Town.

From the design of home appliances and large machinery to personalised agricultural machinery, Cheng Kuansheng did not start smoothly. At the beginning of the company's opening, due to lack of fame, no customer came to customize the product. "The capital has invested more than 200,000 yuan, but no penny has been credited. However, Cheng Kuansheng was not defeated by difficulties. After analysis, he thought that it might be because he lacked understanding of small machinery and was not practical enough. “Farmers buy small agricultural machinery, not only to match the terrain, but also to be easy to operate, but also to be inexpensive.” Cheng Kuansheng said that in order to meet the market demand, he ran to the field every day to observe the farmers' production process.

After a period of observation, Cheng Kuansheng found that the pepper farmers who planted the peppers reached into the long thorns of the pepper branches to pick up the peppers, pruned the branches, and were often stabbed blood. So he decided to produce a multifunctional pepper prick. He and the workers repeatedly experimented and went to Guangdong to coordinate the production of spare parts. Two months later, the Taiwanese multifunctional pepper pepper scissors were produced and welcomed by the pepper farmers.

With a certain popularity, Cheng Kuansheng's orders have also increased, regardless of the number of customers purchased, can be tailored to the needs. Following the multi-purpose pepper cutting, he produced practical products such as carrying suspension systems for customer needs.

Wu Dengqiang is a manager of the Dongshan Tea Factory in Yongchuan District near Jiangjin. When he came to Jiangjin to send tea seedlings last year, he accidentally discovered that the growers were using the carrying suspension system developed by Cheng Kuansheng. After field visits, Wu Dengqiang praised Cheng Kuansheng's machine and gave a thumbs up for their custom model. In 2016, Cheng Kuansheng's small machinery manufacturing plant sales revenue reached more than 300,000 yuan. After two years of accumulation, his production technology is also improving. Now Cheng Kuansheng has become a "home expert" in the small agricultural machinery manufacturing industry.
