The suction side suction port of the spiral air compressor must be designed so that the compression chamber can fully inhale, while the screw air compressor has no intake and exhaust valve groups, and the intake air only depends on the opening and closing adjustment of the regulating valve. When the rotor rotates, the space of the main and auxiliary rotors is the largest when the groove is turned to the opening of the intake end wall. At this time, the space between the groove of the rotor and the air inlet is the same, because the groove is in the exhaust. The air is completely removed. At the end of the exhaust, the groove is in a vacuum state. When it is turned to the intake port, the outside air is sucked and flows into the groove of the main and auxiliary rotors in the axial direction. When the air fills the entire tooth groove, the intake side end of the rotor is turned away from the air inlet of the casing, and the air between the teeth is closed.

Closure and delivery process. After the main and auxiliary rotors are inhaled, the main and auxiliary rotor tooth peaks will be closed with the casing, and the air will not be discharged in the groove. The two rotors continue to rotate, and the tooth peaks coincide with the groove at the suction end, and the mating surface gradually moves toward the exhaust end.

Compression and injection process. During the conveying process, the meshing surface gradually moves toward the exhaust end, and the gap between the meshing surface and the exhaust port gradually decreases, and the gas in the groove is gradually compressed, and the pressure is increased. At the same time, the lubricating oil is also injected into the compression chamber and mixed with the chamber gas due to the pressure difference.

Exhaust process. When the meshing end face of the rotor is turned to the same as the casing exhaust, the compressed gas begins to be removed until the meshing surface of the tooth peak and the groove moves to the exhaust end face, and the two rotor meshing faces and the casing exhaust port groove The space is zero. That is, the exhausting process is completed, at the same time, the length of the groove between the rotor meshing surface and the air inlet of the casing is the longest, and the inhalation process is proceeding.

2 Maintenance of screw air compressor Maintenance of screw air compressor plays a vital role in the whole system, and it is necessary to clear the direction for maintenance. The oil plays a leading role in the whole system, and the oil is a conductive medium and plays an important role in the life of the lubricating machine. Therefore, to maintain the oil quality, first of all, to ensure that the oil does not contain dust, install an active air intake hood at the air inlet, and package a filter cloth of sufficient density without affecting the air intake. The filter cloth is cleaned every 35 days, and the air filter is cleaned every 710 days. Secondly, to reduce the water content in the oil, each time the oil filter is cleaned, the downtime should be long enough, at least until the oil temperature is cooled to room temperature. After the oil is completely cooled to room temperature, the oil drain valve at the bottom of the oil and gas separation tank is opened, and the oil in the tank 201 is discharged. The air filter is a component that filters out dust and dirt from the air, and the filtered clean air is compressed into the compression chamber of the screw rotor. 2 oil filter replacement. After the new machine is operated for 500 hours, the oil core should be replaced. Use a special wrench to remove the oil filter. The new filter should be screwed with oil before the filter is installed. The filter seal should be screwed back to the oil seat with both hands and tightened tightly. It is recommended to replace the new filter element after 15002000 hours. It is best to replace the oil filter element when changing the oil. When the environment is bad, you should pay attention to the replacement cycle.

3 Maintenance and replacement of the oil separator. The oil fine separator is a component that separates the slurry screw lubricating oil from the compressed air. Under normal operation, the service life of the oil fine separator is about 3,000 hours, but the quality of the lubricating oil and the filtration precision of the air have a great influence on the life of the oil. . It is necessary to shorten the maintenance and replacement cycle of the air filter in the harsh environment, and even consider installing a front air filter. The oil fine separator must be replaced after the expiration or the pressure difference between the front and the back exceeds 0.121, otherwise the motor will be overloaded and the oil separator will be damaged.

The reason why the internal pressure is too low may be that the intake filter is blocked by the intake port, the check valve is stuck, the intake valve is not open, and the gas line is leaking. The method of troubleshooting is to clean or replace the filter. Check valve spring or valve body check load solenoid valve line or replace solenoid valve to tighten or replace the unload solenoid valve to replace the oil core.

The oil level drop oil quantity reduction may be caused by the oil separator core breaking down the oil return pipe or the throttle valve blocking the head oil seal and the oil guide pipe damage here. The oil cooler is damaged. The head check valve is faulty. The flow back to the oil copper pipe is not the oblique mouth throttle back to the oil copper pipe does not depend on the tank wall; the method of troubleshooting is to reduce the internal and external pressure difference, and compress the oil content in the air, replace the oil separator core to clear or replace the upper return pipe to the out The oil mist at the shaft end is removed from the oil in the cooling water. The seal valve or the spring is effectively separated. The oil separator is separated. The oil in the compressed air is replaced with a copper pipe of suitable length. The bottom of the copper pipe is sawn into a slanting port to adjust the copper pipe from the tank wall 510 oil. The reason why the temperature is too high may be that the cooling water temperature is high, the oil cooler is too small, the oil quantity is too small, the oil quality is worse; the method of troubleshooting should reduce the inlet water temperature, the water filter is cleaned, and the water inflow is increased. Or after the mud cleaning agent is soaked, flush the replenishing oil to the minimum oil level line and replace it with the specified service period.
