3, Freon is filled in the form of wet vapor, so open the cylinder valve to be appropriate to prevent the liquid hammer from the compressor. At the same time, unscrew the multi-purpose port of the compressor suction valve and start filling the refrigerant. If the system is in a vacuum state, the refrigerant in the cylinder will be automatically injected into the system. When the pressure in the system is balanced with the pressure in the cylinder, the refrigeration penalties will stop entering. At this time, if the amount of refrigerant in the system has not been increased, the cylinder valve, the outlet valve of the accumulator, the manual expansion valve and the suction valve of the compressor may be closed first, the cooling water pump of the Condenser is started, and then the compressor is started. In order to prevent the liquid from striking the cylinder, the suction valve should be slowly opened, the refrigerant in the system should be drawn into the reservoir, the low pressure part of the system should be evacuated, and then the cylinder valve should be opened so that the refrigerant can be automatically poured into the system again.

4. This is repeated until the required amount of refrigerant is added to the system. Alternatively, after the system is again sleeved into a vacuum, open the reservoir outlet valve and the small opening expansion valve to allow the system to operate normally. Then open the cylinder valve and gradually close the suction valve (ie, open the multi-purpose tunnel) to allow the cooling in the cylinder. The agent flows into the system by the difference between the pressure in the bottle and the suction pressure (should be careful not to produce a liquid hammer). When filling to meet the requirements, close the cylinder valve, and then allow the residual refrigerant in the nozzle to be sucked into the system as much as possible, then close the multi-purpose hole, stop the compressor, and complete the work of charging the refrigerant.
