When the sewage is drained, the vacuum pump will put atmospheric pressure outside the tank into the tank and use the air pressure to discharge the dirt out of the tank (the vacuum pump's continuous working time generally does not exceed 30 minutes). The flow sequence of the air flow in the air path is as follows: When the air is sucked, the vacuum pump sucks the air with a certain humidity in the tank into the water and gas separator, where the water is separated and flows back into the tank. The gas enters the vacuum pump along the pipeline through the four-way valve. Air intake. The pump is mixed with the lubricating oil and is discharged from the exhaust port through the compression chamber. In particular, the mixture is initially separated by the primary filter, and the separated oil flows back to the oil pump. The mixture is further separated by an oil separator and then discharged into the atmosphere through a four-way valve. Manual operation of the four-way valve can change the direction of the air flow, sucking and discharging freely. When the vacuum pump of the suction truck is completed, it is necessary to formulate a corresponding inspection of the suction truck according to the different working intensity of each time, so as to ensure the working life of the suction truck and the second working efficiency.
