Mine underground blasting safety regulations

        (1) General provisions
        1. When underground blasting may cause ground subsidence and rolling stones on the slopes, warnings should be placed on the roads leading to the subsidence area and the rolling stone area to establish eye-catching signs to prevent personnel from being mistaken.
        2. use of electric detonator, blast main, regional lines, connecting lines, was not in contact with the metal tube, are not close to cables, wires, signal lines, and other iron rail.
        3. When there is bad geological or water seepage in underground blasting, corresponding support and waterproof measures should be taken: when severe pressure, rock burst, gas outburst, temperature anomaly and blasthole water spray occur, the blasting operation should be stopped immediately and a safety plan should be formulated. And treatment measures.
        4. After blasting, adequate ventilation should be carried out to check and handle the side and roof safety, and support should be made to confirm that the underground blasting work site has good air quality, good ventilation and environmental safety before proceeding to the next cycle.
        5. Underground blasting should have good lighting, and the lighting voltage should not exceed 36V within 100m from the blasting working surface.
        (2) Roadway blasting regulations
        1. The area within 30m of the underground explosives warehouse should not be blasted. When blasting in the area of 30~100m from the explosives warehouse, no one should stay in the explosives warehouse.
        2. Use the blasting method to penetrate the roadway and have an accurate measurement chart. When the two working faces are separated by 15m, the surveying personnel shall give notice in advance; after that, only one working face shall be allowed to advance, and the guards shall be dispatched at a safe place where both sides lead to the working face, after all the operators are evacuated to a safe place. The standard is detonated.
        3. When one of the two parallel roadways with a spacing of less than 20m needs to be blasted, the operator of the adjacent working surface should be notified to evacuate to a safe place. 20m is the distance between the two working faces.
        4. When blasting the heading roadway, keep the working surface and the fresh air flow roadway unblocked; after the blasting, the operator should fully ventilate and spray the pile with water before entering the working face to reduce the dust and dilute the rock dust. The gun smoke in the pile.
        (3) Safety regulations for tunneling and tunnel blasting
        1. When the patio is tunneled to the vicinity of the upper penetrating section, the top-down cannon penetration method should not be used. If the last shot is still not penetrated, the drilling and blasting below is not safe, and reliable safety measures should be taken when handling the upper gun.
        2. When the tunnel excavation adopts the large-diameter deep-hole segmental charge blasting, the precaution should be sent to the safe place leading to the exit passage at the bottom of the patio before the charge is confirmed.
        3. When the wellbore is detonated, all the manhole covers should be opened, and personnel unrelated to the blasting operations should be evacuated from the wellhead.

        (4) Blasting safety regulations for underground stope
        1. Shallow hole blasting: The stope should be well ventilated and reliable, and at least two pedestrians should be safely exported. In case of no special safety exit, it should be reported to the person in charge of the unit blasting technology for approval.
        2. Underground deep hole blasting operation: after the start of charging, no other blasting should be carried out within 50m of the explosion area; on-site Jiading. The detonating medicine package should choose a safe place that is not affected by other operations; charging, filling, networking, detonation Should be carried out by a full-time blaster.

Detergent Raw Materials

In detergents, detergents are mainly surfactants and are mixed with certain adjuvants. The addition of adjuvant not only reduces the cost of finished detergent, but also improves the detergent decontamination ability, improves the appearance of detergent, and makes the detergent more convenient for use. In addition, a small amount of functional auxiliary ingredients (additives) are usually added to improve the comprehensive properties of washing.

Auxiliaries refer to the auxiliary components in synthetic detergents, which are related to decontamination and can increase washing characteristics. Most of the auxiliaries are inorganic, mainly Phosphate, 4A zeolite, silicate and Carbonate. In addition, organic chelating agents also belong to the category of auxiliaries.

Auxiliaries can be divided into inorganic auxiliaries, according to their functions in detergents, they can be divided into mixtures, foaming agents, defoamers, thickening (viscosity) agents, solvents, pearlescent agents, preservatives, bleaching agents, bactericides (disinfectants), antioxidants, softeners, antistatic agents, friction agents, fluorescent brighteners (FWA), solvents, anti-fouling and re-deposition. Agents, enzymes, flavors, pigments, etc.
