Abstract This paper analyzes the common faults of LPG electrothermal gasifiers and proposes the methods to deal with them. Subject heading: Electrothermal Vaporizer Troubleshooting Methods With the acceleration of economic development and urbanization in China, LPG electric vaporizers are widely used in the supply of liquefied petroleum gas pipelines in small and medium-sized cities. With the prolongation of equipment operation time, equipment failures have appeared one after another. Now we have briefly analyzed various common faults and processing methods that have appeared in the operation of gasifiers in the past six years. 3 , ã€Liquid Gasifier】 ã€Gas Gasifier】ã€LPG Gasifier】ã€Propane Gasifier】Common Failure Analysis and ã€Liquefied Petroleum Gasifier】Common Troubleshooting [Liquid gas vaporizer] Fault one: The gas phase outlet pipe of the gasifier is dew, and the gas phase pipe is covered with water droplets or frost. The vaporizer water temperature shows normal. Cause analysis of liquefied gas pipeline frost: When there is water droplet or frost outside the gas pipeline, it indicates that the liquefied gas is not completely gasified in the gasifier, and the liquid is sandwiched in the gas phase, causing the liquid liquefied petroleum gas to vaporize and absorb in the gas phase pipe. Environmental heat causes condensation outside the gas phase tube. The reason for the phenomenon is that the gas supply exceeds the gasification capacity of the equipment, the process parameters are set irrationally, and the operation is improper. Solution: 1, reduce the outside of the gasifier supply; 2, increase the vaporizer water temperature. In summer, the water temperature is controlled at 75±5°C, winter is controlled at 80±5°C, and the temperature control range is preferably maintained at 30°C or above. (2) [LPG Gasifier] Fault No.2: The electric heater does not work after power transmission, and the electric heater works when the float switch is lifted. Analysis of reason: The liquefied gasifier control system adopts safety interlocking. When the water level of the gasifier exceeds the lower limit, the system automatically cuts off the power to prevent the gasification of liquefied gas from incompletely causing the liquid phase to enter the gas phase. Solution: Add water to the gasifier so that the liquid level reaches the specified height. (3) Failure of the liquefied gas gasifier: The gas supply from the liquefied gasifier is small, the production capacity is obviously reduced, the inspection water temperature meets the process requirements, the vaporizer outlet control valve is all opened, and the pollutant discharge amount is small when the pollutant is discharged. Or blocked. Cause analysis: The gasifier has a reduced production capacity. Check the water temperature, inlet valve and inlet filter are all normal, and the liquid inlet pressure is normal. This indicates that there is a blockage inside the gasifier to reduce the flow and reduce the production volume. Because liquefied petroleum gas contains a large amount of olefins, the chemical nature of the olefins is not stable. Above 40° C., the polymerization reaction tends to occur. Brown-black sticky polymers adhere to the inner wall of the coil pipe, the sewage pipe and the bottom of the gas collecting pipe. When cleaning the snake tube and the sewage is not timely or unsmooth, the polymer will adhere to the inner wall of the snake tube and block the inlet of the gas collection tube, resulting in a reduction in the diameter and a decrease in production capacity. Solution: 1 Disconnect the liquid phase inlet of the gasifier, inject CC14 and other organic solvents from the inlet, and soak in the heated state for 24-50 hours. Nitrogen is used to remove the organic solvent and impurities from the waste pipe. 2 In 2002, after 2 years of operation of the 2# gasifier, the entrance of the gasifier's sewage pipe was blocked, and it could not be dredged with organic solvents for several days. The top of the gas collection pipe and the sewage pipe were disconnected, and the pipe was mechanically placed inside the pipe. , The bottom of the collecting pipe and the dirt in the sewage pipe are cleared. 3 Regularly discharge sewage. Before the gasifier is operated, open the sewage pipe to discharge enough water to drain the residue from the bottom of the gas collection pipe. 4 Periodically clean the vaporizer coils, manifolds, and drains. Conditions can be purged with high-temperature steam. Dipping can also be done with organic solvents such as CC14. It is advisable to clean it once every six months. (5) To improve the design of the gasifier, a flange is installed at the top of the gas gathering pipe and after the gas collecting pipe is out of the sewage pipe to facilitate the addition of solvent and cleaning of the gasifier. (4) Fault 4: The internal pressure of the gasifier rapidly increases to 2.5 Mpa or more after the vaporizer stops operating. Analysis of reason: During the shutdown of the gasifier, if the inlet and outlet of the gasifier is closed, the saturated vapor pressure of the liquefied gas in the coil at 80°C is more than 2.0Mpa. When the pressure exceeds the safety valve pressure, the safety valve will automatically disperse. Treatment method: 1 Open the blowdown valve and let the gas in the gasifier discharge and decompress. 2 When the vaporizer stops running, close the liquefied gas liquid phase inlet valve first, and then turn off the vaporizer gas phase outlet valve after vaporizing the liquid liquefied gas in the gasifier. 4 Conclusions By strengthening the maintenance and management of equipment, adjusting technical parameters, and changing safety technology, the procedures can effectively reduce the failure rate of the gasifier and ensure the normal operation of the equipment. 30-40Nm³/H Oxygen Generator,Oxygen Generators With Inbuilt Compressor,Psa Oxygen Generator With Compressor,Oxygen Generator To Fill Tanks Jiangsu Minnuo Group Co.,Ltd , https://www.mingngroupcn.com
