In 1974, due to changes in the nature of ore, the heavy medium workshop was shut down. Now that the mining is nearing the end, the processing capacity of the plant has also dropped to about 700t/d.
(1) Ore nature: The ore processed by the plant belongs to the medium-low temperature hydrothermal filling and replacement deposit. The ore body is present in the dolomite , and the lead , zinc and iron minerals are mainly carbonate. The shape of the ore is complex, the boundaries between the rich and the poor are obvious, the grades vary greatly, and the degree of oxidation varies.
There are three types of ore types: the first type is dense ore-like ore mainly composed of sulfide ore. The gangue is less, the grade is high, the oxidation rate is low, and the useful minerals are mostly aggregated, easy to grind and easy to choose. Handle this type of ore more. The second type is fine vein-disseminated ore with low grade and high oxidation rate. It is 30~40% flat and difficult to clean. The third type is loose mud-like oxidized ore, with low grade, deep oxidation, and oxidation rate of over 70%. This type of ore contains many clay minerals and is difficult to select. The latter two categories are the main ore selected for the current selection.
The minerals of this mine are complex, and there are more than ten kinds of lead and zinc oxide minerals, mainly white lead ore and diabase, followed by lead vanadium , lead iron vanadium, red zinc ore, heteropolar ore, zinc-zinc ore and limonite. . Sulfide ore has galena, sphalerite, pyrite and a small amount of silver , cadmium , mercury minerals. The gangue minerals are mainly dolomite, calcite and a small amount of quartz and barite . The ore is weathered, ironified, and muddy, and contains more soluble salts. 6-8 ore hardness, density 3 ~ 3.3t / m 3, bulk density 1.8 ~ 2.0t / m 3.
