Cement Bulk Trailer

The semi-trailer powder material transport vehicle uses its own engine power to drive the on-board air compressor through the power takeoff to send the compressed air into the air chamber at the lower part of the sealed tank through the pipeline, so as to suspend the cement on the fluidized bed into a fluid state. When the pressure in the tank reaches the rated value, open the discharge butterfly valve, and the fluidized cement flows through the pipeline for transportation. It is made by domestic advanced technology, with novel design, firmness and durability. The air bag type has large bearing capacity, fast unloading speed and small residue. The integrated tank body has the characteristics of high overall strength, good rigidity, good pressure bearing and good service performance. The fluidized bed in the tank is designed scientifically and arranged reasonably, which can effectively shorten the unloading time to 1.4t/min, improve the volume utilization rate of the tank and reduce the residual ash rate, which is 0.2%. The tank body of the powder material transport vehicle adopts double cone inward inclined horizontal structure, double pipe air inlet and double cylinder feeding, and its unloading speed and residual rate meet the requirements of industry standards.
