(5) The clutch adjustment clearance is too small or inconsistent, resulting in no free travel of the pedal. The clearance should be adjusted to within the specified range and the three separate levers should be in the same plane.

Second, the clutch separation is not complete

1. Fault phenomenon The clutch pedal is stepped on to the bottom, and the power between the active clutch and the driven disc cannot be completely cut off, resulting in difficulty in gear shifting, toothing or stoppage, and heat generation of the clutch.

2. Causes and elimination of the fault (1) The clearance between the three separation claws of the clutch and the release bearing is too large. It should be adjusted to the range of 0.3-0.5 mm. (2) The clutch pedal free travel is too large. Should be adjusted to the range of 20-40 mm. (3) The clutch disc is warped and deformed severely or rusted. New parts should be calibrated or replaced or rust removed. (4) The clutch shaft spline is seriously worn, resulting in the driven disc not moving. New parts should be trimmed or replaced. (5) The three separate levers are not easy to be on the same plane of rotation, causing the spring force to be cleared. It should be re-adjusted as required. (6) The friction plate is broken. A new piece should be replaced. The clutch bearing is damaged, causing the clutch to move axially when the clutch is disengaged. New bearings should be replaced.

Third, the clutch vibration

1. When the fault phenomenon starts, the whole vehicle shakes, especially the idle speed and the low gear gradually relax the clutch pedal when starting, the vehicle has continuous impact.
