1. Description of upset forging parallel thread system
(1) GD-150 Upset forging machine
Working range: 12mm- 40mm

we use GD-150 to forging the end of rebar.
(2) GZL-45 threading machine
Working range: 12mm- 40mm
Motor power: 3/2.4KW
we use the GZL-45 to threading the end of rebar.
The tensile strength of rebar connector is not less than 627MPA,Â
and the tensile strength of super coupler can be reach 800~900MPA

2.Working Principle & Specification
1. First, use GD-150 to forge the end of rebar;
2. Second, use GZL-45 to process thread on the forged end of rebar;
3. Third, use parallel thread coupler to abutting joint two threaded ends of rebar.
