The Fengyu Mine is located in the upper reaches of the Baijing River, a tributary of the Fengping River, 43 km southwest of Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan. The mine belongs to the Japanese mining company. The ore contains 2.62% lead, 7.61% zinc, 12.31% sulfur, 0.02% copper, 0.3g/t gold , and 110g/t silver. The content of ore is 22% of pyrite, 9.3% of sphalerite, and 3.2% of galena.
