This rack is assembled by Post piece, beam and self-locking bolt. This structure effectively prevent bolt from losening which leads to unstability of rack. The special dead-beam has a reliable structure which is light-weight, high-load and low-cost.  The fasterner and pillar connected by a special safety-pin, insuring that the beam will not fall down while impinged by an intense external force. The freestyle configuration is facilitate with operation and transportation.

02  This product has the feature of 100% selection of goods. Forklift and other handling machines can reach any designated goods for storage.

Theoretical experiment conclusion: the single beam carries 1000kg, and the maximum stress reaches 135Mpa, which belongs to the stress concentration point of the variable section, and the rest of the stress is between 5Mpa~90Mpa. When analyse beam and pillar toghther, the maximum stress reaches 212Mpa, which belongs to the stress concentration point of the variable section, and the rest of the stress is between 5Mpa~118Mpa, less than the yield strength of the material 235Mpa
