Fitter Safety Practice

1. The tools used must be complete, sound and reliable to begin work. It is forbidden to use tools that have cracks, burrs, loose handles and other inconsistencies and safety requirements, and strictly abide by common safety operating procedures.
2. When starting the equipment, check the protective device, fastening screws and power switches such as electricity, oil, gas, etc., and check the empty test vehicle before putting into operation. When operating, strictly observe the safety operation procedures of the equipment used.
3, the electrical lines and devices on the device and power tools failure, should be submitted to the electrician to repair, do not dismantle their own, do not allow yourself to lay lines and install temporary power.
4. Pay attention to the surrounding personnel and their own safety during work to prevent injuries caused by waving tools, falling off of tools, and splashing of workpieces and iron chips. When two or more people work together, they must pay attention to coordination and cooperation. The workpiece counterparts should be neat and stable.
5, lifting and handling heavy objects, should comply with lifting workers, porters safety operating procedures, and crane operators in close cooperation.
6, high operations should abide by the relevant provisions of work at heights, work should be checked before the ladder, scaffolding is solid and reliable and non-slip measures. The tool must be placed in a tool bag and it must not be placed elsewhere. Seat belts should be tied and tied to strong structural components. No hard-soled shoes are allowed, no harassment is allowed, and anything below is not allowed.
7. Hand-held power tools must be subjected to safety inspections and comply with relevant safety regulations. If Class I tools are used, insulated gloves must be used to stand on a dry, insulated site or to use an electric leakage protector, in a metal case and in a damp, narrow environment. In the case of Class II tools, safety isolation transformers or leakage protectors shall be used. When the hand-held power tool is used for a period of 3 months, it should be sent to the responsible electrician for inspection and registration.
8. Safe voltage should be used for hand-held lights. It is forbidden to use 220 volts directly. Electrical plugs and sockets are damaged, and electricians should be promptly replaced. Don't be fortunate to use them or plug them into sockets directly.
9. For bench drilling operations, it is strictly forbidden to wear gloves. The workpiece should be pressed tightly. Do not use the workpiece to drill, ream, or ream.
10. After completing work or leaving work for any reason, the electricity, gas, water and oil sources of equipment and tools must be disconnected. After the work is completed, the workplace must be cleaned and the tools and parts must be neatly placed in the designated locations.
