This classification includes pyrometers designed for blast furnace equipped with explosion proof instrument.
Conditions in furnace are always tough alone with high temperature and high pressure. Limited to the requirements of operation environment and instrument`s structure, thermocouple thermometry would result in inaccurate measurement and lag reaction when works in harsh condition such as frequently temperature changes, large pressure fluctuations and event in vibration.
Since a thermocouple works at the high temperature ( usually 1200 ℃ ~ 1300 ℃) in furnace for long term, the thermocouple junction box also works at high temperature between 100 ℃ to 120 ℃, which will dramatically reduce instrument`s service life to a range from few weeks to few months. It will increases use-cost and maintenance workload.

The belt conveyor is the main equipment of organic fertilizer production. Conveyor belt movement according to the principle of friction transmission, suitable for conveying bulk density less than 1.67 ton / CBM, that easy to extract the powder, granular, small pieces of low-cut materials and bags of materials, such as coal, gravel , sand, cement, fertilizer, grain and so on. The belt conveyor can be used in the ambient temperature -20ºC to +40ºCrange, the temperature of transmission materials are less than 60ºC. The captain and assembly form can be determined according to user requirements, the drive can be used electricity drum, can also be used with the drive frame drive device.
Working principle of belt conveyor:
The belt conveyor consists of two end rollers and a closed conveyor belt on it.
1.The drum that drives the rotation of the conveyor belt is called the drive roller; The other is only the drum that changes the direction of movement of the conveyor belt.Â
2.The drive drum is driven by the motor through the reduce driver, and the conveyor belt is depend on the friction between the drive roller and the conveyor belt.Â
3.Driving rollers are generally mounted on the discharge side to increase traction and facilitate dragging.Â
4.The material is fed by the feed end and falls on the rotating conveyor belt, which is driven by the conveyor belt friction reach to the discharge end.
