He will report to Mr. Liu Hui, President of Asia Pacific, Eaton’s Vehicle Group, and will be based in Shanghai. Mr. Zhu Xiaochun will be responsible for managing and promoting the truck and automobile business of Eaton’s Vehicle Group in China, including mid-to-heavy truck gearboxes, clutches and aftermarkets for domestic and overseas markets, as well as automotive engine valves and valve actuation mechanisms. He will also manage the four factories of the vehicle group in China, as well as sales, marketing, finance, personnel, engineering and other operations. "Mr. Zhu Xiaochun has a strategic vision for the Chinese market and has extensive international operations and management experience," said Liu Hui. "We believe that his joining will promote the construction of a high-performance corporate culture for Eaton Vehicle Group and help the company continue to grow in this rapidly growing market." During his 15 years of career, Mr. Zhu Xiaochun once held management positions such as operations and sales in leading multinational corporations. Prior to joining Eaton, Mr. Zhu Xiaochun was the deputy general manager of Faurecia emission control technology in China. Prior to joining Foglia, Zhu Xiaochun also held management and leadership positions at ITW and ABB. Mr. Zhu Xiaochun graduated from Shanghai Industrial University with a degree in industrial automation and received a diploma in management from China Europe International Business School.
