CNHTC Group's Parts Sales Department and Shandong Postal Express Logistics Co., Ltd. formally signed the "Parts Business Cooperation Service" agreement. This cooperation is an important project within the framework of the strategic cooperation agreement between Sinotruk and China Post. The signing of this cooperation agreement signifies that the cooperation of the two major groups has entered a substantive stage. The leaders of both parties signed and addressed the agreement. The two sides stated that they will fully strengthen cooperation, establish a sound and coordinated emergency mechanism, share information and experience, and will serve the “Family Accessories†distribution unit with the best efficiency.
The areas of cooperation between the two parties include: Shandong Postal Express Logistics Co., Ltd. provides venues for the transitional base of the “relative person†spare parts distribution and distribution service of the accessories sales department, and is responsible for the temporary storage and distribution of the products distributed by the subsidiaries of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group to the accessories sales department. Delivery services and other services have now been fully implemented.
