China Machine Tool Industry Association cast, forging machinery branch annual meeting

On October 13-15, 2010, the 2010 Annual Conference of Forging Machinery Branch and Foundry Machinery Branch of China Machine Tool & Tooling Industry Association and the Second Session of the Fifth Board of Directors were held in Taian, Shandong Province. Directors from the local government and forging machinery, foundry machinery branch and Nearly 90 leaders and experts from member companies attended the meeting.

The opening ceremony and the conference report were chaired by Xu Gang, general secretary of Foundry Machinery Branch and Forging Machinery Branch. Wu Bolin, executive vice chairman of China Machine Tool Industry Association, attended the meeting and made an important special report, introducing the industry restructuring of China's machine tool industry in 2010. Product upgrading and transformation, operation situation, and the “12th Five-Year” policy and situation of the machinery industry. Liu Jiaxu, chairman of the branch and chairman and general manager of Jinan Foundry and Forging Machinery Research Institute Co., Ltd., performed the “2010 Annual Summary of Work Report”.

In the experience exchange part of the member companies, Jinan No.2 Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd., Baodingville Foundry Machinery Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Yangli Group Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Yawei Machine Tool Co., Ltd., and Taian Hualu Forging Machine Tool Co., Ltd. and other units upgraded the company. Experiences in transition, brand building, and market development were exchanged.

The meeting also discussed other matters related to industry work and club building.
