According to foreign media, Bosch Group has announced that it will suspend its production in two factories in India due to weak market demand. To avoid stockpiling, Bosch decided to temporarily shut down its Jaipur plant between June 28 and June 30, and temporarily shut down the Bangalore factory from June 29 to June 30. From September 28th to October 13th, 2011, the Bosch Bangalore plant stopped production due to a workers strike. Bosch has a total of five factories in India. Due to the weak auto market in India, many car manufacturers including Tata and GM India have temporarily shut down factories to reduce inventory.
